Section 37
Immunity Of Police Employee For Acts Committed In Good Faith While Discharging Duties
The Chief District Officer or any police
employee shall not be liable to any punishment or payment of
compensation for any action taken by him or her in good faith while
discharging his or her duties under this Act or other laws in force or
exercising powers thereunder or carrying out decrees, orders or warrants
issued by a court.
